Beautiful as they are, we can show that Bath has more to offer than
just the buildings! We can take our visitors to the wonderful cafés and
small and friendly pubs in the city, and the areas where the
independent shops are found; these are the things which make Bath into
the special place that it is.
We can organise trips to anywhere else in the United Kingdom and
Ireland: perhaps you would like to see the breathtaking scenery of
William Wordsworth’s Lake District during your stay, or walk in the
footsteps of Shakespeare at Stratford upon Avon? The great city of
London, with all its history and tradition, is only two hours from
Bath, as is Dylan Thomas country in South Wales.
Nearer to our base, short tours in the area can take you to the ancient
and mysterious Stonehenge, and the pretty, typically-English villages
such as Castle Combe (pictured on the right). Also Glastonbury, reputed
to be King Arthur’s Camelot, and now the home of the world-famous music
festival, is not far away (pictured on the right).
